If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then you have an option to repair your jewelry at cost. Our limited lifetime warranty excludes repair, sizing or cleaning performed by someone other than GrandeJewelry.com. The lifetime Warranty excludes damage caused by excessive wear and tear, intentional or accidental abuse, and loss or theft.
