All orders from GrandeJewelry.com are processed within one to three business days, and then are shipped to you according to your preferred shipping method. Exception: Rings may require additional processing time due to ring sizing. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped. All orders require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of to all U.S. destinations except Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped by 2nd Business Day service.

- UPS Ground – "Standard" and "Free" shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and delivered Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days.
- UPS & FedEx 2Day – You have the option to have your order shipped by UPS or FedEx 2Day for a fee of $17.95. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
- UPS & FedEx Standard Overnight – You have the option to have your order shipped by UPS or FedEx Standard Overnight for a fee of $34.95. Orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
Shipping — International Orders
We ship all over the world at a fixed rate of $50 USD*, which includes insurance for the full amount of the merchandise purchased. Buyer is responsible for VAT taxes and duties.
Orders to Canadian Destinations**
Please allow an extra processing time of two business days for all orders being shipped to Canada, in addition to the delivery time for your requested shipping method.
